It would be nice to be align to right click and change text-align types and container heights. Also the drop down menu goes a hair fuzzy on the hover. Other than that it's great.

Quite a good design overall, but disappointed with the fact that it doesn't have tables in its features, which is pretty much very important. Add tables and get a 5 Star rating. Thanks.

Foundry is built atop Bootstrap 3 which comes with built-in support for tables - you are free to use the Bootstrap responsive tables.
To rate an item 1 star because it doesn't have a feature (that it wasn't advertised with) seems unreasonable. In addition to this, comments like 'add tables and get a 5 star rating' imply that you are holding a positive rating ransom to your own demands.
We love working with our customers to improve Foundry and have done so since its release, we believe that's part of the template's great success - but we can't be customising the template to your requirements simply because you rated it 1 star.

The code is great. The HTML that it generates is great. I really loved it. Also I would like the developers to makes sure to add titles to some blocks. That is the only thing that I can complain of. Rest its awesome..!!!!

I've lowered my rating from 2 to 1 star after developer deleted my comment. I despise censoring comments especially when someone is giving their opinion or telling the truth.
Here is the original comment:
I'm giving this theme 2 out of 5 stars for several reasons. Firstly, the developer gives misleading info about the features and some things, like the modals, do NOT work out of the box. There are competing products on here that DO have modals that work out of the box, so it puzzles me why they have chosen to do it this way. It just seems lazy to me that they did not code the modals to work out of the box. If someone is buying a "page builder" the odds are that they do not know how or do not want to have to mess with stuff like this.
Secondly, they give false advertising about features they say are included yet not available. For example, they highlight one style of Button accordion with colored BG titles in the demo, yet that is NOT in downloadable theme file as an element to use. This is dishonest, and I brought this to their attention via email however they didn't even have the decency to respond to me. They just released an update but did they include it? No. Did they update the online demo to reflect their product does not have this feature? No.
Thirdly, they don't listen to feedback the best. I just touched on this a little but I have encouraged them to at least add the option for people to have subtle animations. They instead replied with a snarky reply and said "they" don't think it looks good. Obviously, they are free to add what they choose as a developer, and I am free to rate this as I choose. See how this works?
Fourthly, and this goes with all of their themes, there is very, very little way to custom anything unless one knows code or wants to dig through stuff to figure out how to do it. Rather, what should have been included in their themes is the ability to actually customize our website right inside the builder. Is that really too much to ask?

It sounds like you are not used to working an HTML template. Our Variant Page Builder is provided as a way to quickly and easily assemble pages by adding sections and editing content, while providing some basic customisations such as colour scheme and font selection. Any other complex customisations are made outside Variant when your page has been exported to HTML.
Modals do work out of the box, you simply copy a section of html to your page and it is ready to go. At the time of your purchase, there was no function to handle this in Variant, and there was no advertisement made of any such feature.
You have purchased an HTML template, and the purchase of such a product assumes some knowledge of, or an eagerness to learn HTML and CSS - these are hands-on products. Variant does bring a level of accessibility and is added at our discretion as a convenience for those who choose to use it, and the overall response is positive - buyers love it. Sorry if it does not meet your needs.
Everything available in the template's download package is mirrored on our demo site at http://foundry.mediumra.re/ . You may be referring to some elements that are shown in the demo HTML pages not being made available in the Variant Page Builder. We also demo the builder at http://foundry.mediumra.re/variant/builder.html and you are free to make up your mind whether the blocks provided in the builder meet your needs prior to purchasing.
We do not respond to every buyer's feature requests if it clashes with our design goals. We especially do not add features when threatened with low ratings and negative reviews.
Element scroll animations can be added at your convenience by utilising any number of freely available jQuery scripts. We took your feedback on board and responded appropriately. It is not our obligation to add features upon request.

I was looking for an easy way to create a single page website and found it with Foundry. Foundry, like all of Medium Rare's themes, comes with a page builder called Variant, which allows you to take pre-made sections and stitch them together into a single, coherent site. You can create a one page or multi page site with Variant. I found Variant easy to use, and easy to customise. When I ran into problems, it was easy to get support from Medium Rare and his emails were always prompt and easily understood. Foundry is a strong and simple page builder which produces attractive and efficient sites.

Usually I rate the items I purchase at Themeforest by the design quality I feel, as the most important.
This time let me emphasize the unexpectedly high level of customer support I have enjoyed when having a small problem.
I know this is a correlated opinion, but taking into consideration the continuously high class design, the original ideas, the customer support - so on the whole I can say these guys, "medium_rare" are representing currently the highest standards at Themeforest. I do encourage fellow customers to check their portfolio and enjoy the demos they are promoting.

This is a no brainer. Both price and features. But the reason for my 5 star is the support, not any support, a stellar support. This is the support I've ever got from a creator in 5 years of Envato. Trust me, you can't wrong with Medium Rare.
